Anti-Ragging Cell Commencement

The Anti-Ragging Cell of our institution was officially commenced on 18th August 2023. The committee aims to create awareness about the importance of a ragging-free campus and foster a safe and harmonious learning environment.

Anti-Ragging Initiatives in Our Institution

Our institution observed Anti-Ragging Day on August 12, 2023, followed by Anti-Ragging Week from August 12 to August 18, 2023, as part of our commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive campus environment.

The activities were conducted as per the guidelines suggested by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Centre for Youth (C4Y), emphasizing the importance of raising awareness about the detrimental effects of ragging.

  • Speech Competitions
  • Poster Making
  • Essay Writing

These events encouraged students to reflect on the values of respect, inclusivity, and empathy while raising awareness about the harmful impacts of ragging. The participation and enthusiasm of our students and faculty were instrumental in making these events a success. Let us continue to work together towards maintaining a ragging-free campus.
